Terms of Service – AI Powered Hosting

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Welcome to AI Powered Hosting (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, hosting services, domain-related services, and associated products.

Our services may include shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, email hosting, WooCommerce hosting, cPanel hosting, AI Hosting, Cloud VPS Hosting, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, and other hosting-related products and add-ons. Collectively, these are referred to as the “Services.”

By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and any applicable product-specific conditions presented before purchase. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or continue using the affected Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to enter into an agreement with AI Powered Hosting.

When registering an account, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information and update it when necessary.

2. Services Provided

AI Powered Hosting offers hosting and related digital infrastructure services, which may include:

  • Shared web hosting.
  • WordPress, WooCommerce, email, cPanel, and AI Hosting packages delivered through applicable hosting plans.
  • Cloud VPS Hosting (VPS) services, including Agency Hosting.
  • Domain registration, transfer, and renewal services.
  • SSL certificates and other available security products.
  • Backup solutions, site-building tools, and other hosting add-ons.
  • One-click application installers and other tools where included in the selected plan.

The resources, features, supported applications, storage limits, email limits, and other specifications depend on the product and plan purchased.

Different hosting packages may be presented for particular use cases while using the same underlying shared hosting infrastructure. A product’s name or marketing description does not mean that it has separate infrastructure or additional features beyond those specified in its plan.

We may update, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for operational, security, technical, or commercial reasons, subject to applicable law and any specific contractual commitments.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must:

  • Provide accurate registration and billing information.
  • Keep your passwords and authentication credentials secure.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
  • Use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
  • Maintain appropriate security measures for your website, applications, and devices.

You must not use another person’s account without authorization or attempt to gain unauthorized access to AI Powered Hosting systems, servers, or other customers’ information.

We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and infrastructure when we suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or a security threat.

4. Payments, Billing, and Renewals

4.1 Payment obligations

You agree to pay the prices, fees, taxes, and other charges applicable to the Services you purchase. The applicable price and billing period will be displayed during the purchase process or in the relevant product terms.

Some Services may be billed monthly, annually, or for another stated term. Any introductory price, promotional discount, renewal price, or additional charge should be reviewed before completing your purchase.

4.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, where available. We do not collect or store your full card or bank account details. Payment transactions may be subject to the payment provider’s terms, verification requirements, and processing procedures.

We do not promise that every payment method will be available for every product or customer.

4.3 Renewals

Services may be configured for automatic renewal. Where automatic renewal applies, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for renewal according to the billing arrangement presented for your purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing renewal dates, prices, and billing information and for requesting cancellation before the next renewal is processed if you do not wish to continue the Service.

A cancellation request should be submitted through the available account-management process or, where that process is unavailable, through our website’s Contact Us form. A request is not complete until it has been received and recorded.

Cancellation stops future renewals once it has been processed. It does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been processed.

4.4 Price changes

We may change prices for future purchases or renewals. Where required, we will provide advance notice of applicable changes. Any mandatory notice or consent requirements under applicable law will continue to apply.

4.5 Refunds and account credits

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The general 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to a first-time customer’s initial purchase of a hosting plan that runs on our shared hosting infrastructure, including Shared, WordPress, WooCommerce, Email, cPanel, and AI Hosting plans, and Business, eCommerce, and Blog hosting packages.

The guarantee does not apply to Cloud VPS Hosting or any package that runs on VPS (including Agency Hosting), custom services, renewals, additional purchases by existing customers, domain registrations or renewals, paid add-ons, or other charges outside the eligible initial hosting fee.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor where reasonably possible. If the original payment method is not available, or if you prefer it, we may instead offer a credit to your AI Powered Hosting account for use toward eligible Services, as explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If a qualifying hosting purchase includes a free domain and the hosting purchase is refunded, the full applicable price of the domain for the relevant registration term will be deducted from the refund, as explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable offer terms.

Any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not use AI Powered Hosting Services to:

  • Host or distribute unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights.
  • Distribute malware, phishing messages, spam, or other malicious content.
  • Conduct unauthorized access attempts, attacks, or activities that compromise systems or networks.
  • Interfere with the operation of our infrastructure or another customer’s Services.
  • Consume resources in a manner that exceeds plan limits or violates published fair-use conditions.
  • Engage in activity that creates an unreasonable security, operational, or legal risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that your websites, files, emails, applications, and other hosted material comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Where we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, we may investigate and take proportionate action, including requiring corrective measures, restricting access, suspending a Service, or terminating it. Immediate action may be necessary to protect infrastructure, customers, or third parties.

A violation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund requests will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, applicable product terms, and applicable law.

6. Service Availability and Uptime

We design and operate our infrastructure with a target of 99.99% availability. This is a target and a goal, not a guarantee. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and no service credits, refunds, or other remedies apply if the target is not met, unless a separate, expressly applicable service-level agreement provides otherwise.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network issues, security incidents, third-party provider problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any uptime commitment or service credit will apply only where it is expressly stated in an applicable service-level agreement or product-specific commitment. General statements about reliability, including our availability target, should not be interpreted as creating an uptime guarantee.

Customers who require a specific uptime commitment should review the relevant product documentation and any applicable service-level agreement before purchasing.

7. Data, Backups, and Recovery

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of your website files, databases, email, configurations, and other important data.

Backup or restoration features may be included with certain Services or offered as separate products. Their availability, frequency, retention, and restoration conditions depend on the applicable plan or add-on.

The existence of a backup feature does not guarantee that every file or change can be recovered in every situation. You should maintain independent backups appropriate to the importance of your data.

Where data loss occurs, we may assist within the scope of the purchased Service and available recovery options. We do not guarantee complete recovery in every circumstance.

8. Support and Service Limitations

Support availability and scope depend on the Service purchased and the support channels made available on our website or in your account.

We may provide assistance through support requests, the website’s Contact Us form, or other published support channels.

Unless expressly included in a purchased Service, hosting support does not automatically include custom development, application debugging, third-party software administration, SEO work, website content creation, or general IT consultancy.

We will make reasonable efforts to review support requests, but a particular response time or resolution time is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in an applicable support agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

AI Powered Hosting retains its rights in its website, branding, documentation, software, and other materials that it owns or is licensed to use.

You retain your rights to content and materials that you own and upload to your hosting account. You grant AI Powered Hosting the limited permission necessary to store, process, transmit, display, and back up that material as reasonably required to provide the Services.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content, software, and materials you upload or distribute through our Services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to AI Powered Hosting.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Service where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • Payment remains overdue.
  • You materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your activity creates a security, operational, or legal risk.
  • We are required to act by law, a competent authority, or an applicable provider requirement.
  • Continued service is no longer technically or commercially feasible.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. However, immediate suspension or termination may be necessary where delay would create a significant security, legal, or operational risk.

Termination or suspension does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or create a right to a refund.

When a Service is terminated, access to that Service and its associated data may be restricted or removed in accordance with the applicable product terms and operational requirements. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination where access is available.

Cancellation of one Service does not automatically cancel other Services associated with the same account.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may depend on or integrate with third-party providers, including domain registrars, payment processors, software providers, data centers, network providers, and external applications.

Third-party products may be subject to their own terms, license restrictions, availability conditions, and refund rules.

We do not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation. Where a third-party service is required for a product you purchase, the applicable limitations will be considered alongside our own obligations under these Terms and applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Powered Hosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. These may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular Service will be limited to the amount paid for that Service during the relevant period giving rise to the claim. The application of this limitation will depend on the circumstances and any mandatory legal requirements.

This section must be read together with the Disclaimer and any applicable service-level agreement. It does not remove any specific written commitment that expressly applies to your Service.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or content you upload or distribute in violation of another party’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from AI Powered Hosting’s own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

If you have a concern about a Service or billing matter, we encourage you to contact us through the website’s Contact Us form so that we can review the issue.

Any formal dispute will be handled in accordance with the governing law and dispute-resolution requirements applicable to the transaction and the parties involved.

Nothing in these Terms removes a right to pursue a complaint, remedy, or legal proceeding where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.

15. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, technical requirements, billing arrangements, or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on our website with its latest revision date. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary agreement before applying them.

Changes will not remove rights that customers have already acquired where those rights cannot lawfully be changed.

16. Contact and Questions

For questions concerning these Terms, billing, cancellation, or our Services, please use the Contact Us form available on the AI Powered Hosting website.

When contacting us, include the relevant account email address, invoice number, or Service reference where possible so that we can identify your request.

By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and the applicable product conditions.
