• Email Hosting with custom domain-based emails.

• WooCommerce Hosting optimized specifically for eCommerce.
• Cloud VPS Hosting for high-level scalability.
• Domain Registration, Transfer, and Renewal.
• SSL Certificates and Security Add-ons.
• One-click installers for apps and scripts.

Service availability can depend on data center location and plan chosen.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are required to enter accurate, up-to-date, and complete information while registering for an account.
• You must keep your login credentials safe.
• Your account’s unauthorized use is not allowed.

4. Payments, Renewals & Refunds

• All services are charged on a subscription model (monthly, annual, or custom term).
• By subscribing, you permit us to charge your payment method automatically for renewals unless canceled.
• Refunds are made only in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is displayed on our website. Certain products (e.g., domain names, SSL certificates) might be non-refundable.
• Prices are changeable. Any price adjustments will be given in advance.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You shall not use our Services for:

• Spamming, phishing, or malware spreading.
• Actions that degrade our infrastructure, network, or other customers’ use.
• Overuse of resources beyond plan limitations.

Breaching AUP can lead to suspension or termination without any refund.

6. Uptime Guarantee & SLA

We attempt to offer 99.9% uptime on all our hosting platforms. Though occasionally downtime can occur by way of scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or accidental issues, we endeavor to keep these to a minimum. SLA credits might be applicable in certain instances as described in our support documentation.

7. Data & Backups

• Customers are responsible for having their own backups.
• AI Powered Hosting can offer backup solutions, but we do not promise total recovery in all instances.
• We are not responsible for data loss because of user mistakes, hacking, or third-party intervention.
• 8. Support & Service Limitations
• Support is initiated through support tickets, email, or live chat based on availability.
• Support is only for hosting-related issues. We do not offer development, coding, or third-party application support unless specified.

9. Intellectual Property

• Our website, technology, AI features, and tools are copyrighted, trademarked, and covered by intellectual property laws.
• You own intellectual property material you post, but give us the right to host, display, and transmit it as necessary to provide services.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:

• You infringe our Terms, AUP, or law.
• Payment is late.
• Your use of service presents security, legal, or operational risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

• AI Powered Hosting is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to the use of our Services.
• We are only liable for the amount of fees paid for the service in question.

12. Indemnification

You indemnify and hold harmless AI Powered Hosting, its employees, partners, and affiliates for any claim, damage, or liability resulting from your use of our Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to meet international standards. Disputes shall be resolved according to generally accepted commercial arbitration principles unless otherwise mandated by law.
